As observed by The Toltecs, a group of scientists and artists who formed a society thousands of years ago in what would be southern Mexico today. Their concept was simple; to form a society based of spiritual practices. They lived simply as students and teachers. They lived simply by the following Four Agreements:
1. Be Impeccable with Your word
2. Don't Take Anything Personally
3. Don't Make Assumptions
4. Always Do Your Best
Sounds simple right? Try it for a day. And, if you are intrigued and want to learn more, read the book "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz
